Sept 27 Squats

This was decent... not what I wanted but okay anyway...

squats 5x7 @ 165, 175, 185, 195 (only did 5, no spotter and the 5th rep was ugly), 200 (got a spot)...

stiff leg DLs 2x10 @ 165, 175

calves 2 sets
low back 5 sets
abs 5 sets
