Ah... what a nice relief... compared to most days lately this felt like a walk in the park.

CB 3bd 3x5 @ 100, 105, 110

Reg grip 3bd 3x3 @ 120, 130, 140

JM press 3x5 @ 45, 55, 65

bench dips (feet elevated) 2x12, 1x15

4 sets biceps
